Feels nice and strong and I never have trouble scooping the ice cream anymore. Also, the texture of the scoop itself is so smooth and for some reason ice cream almost just melts and slides straight off from it no matter how cold it is. And I love this minty green color that I got overall very happy with it. It feels sturdy and like it will last for a long time. Can’t see myself having to buy a new one for a while. It is a bit pricier than other options, but it’s not chintzy.
