Have an upstairs 30" x 30" tile shower with fiberglass pan that started leaking (not from drain but from somewhere up the walls.) Suggest washing/scrubbing walls with distilled vinegar and rinsing well before spraying to remove soap buildup so sealant will adhere to tile/grout better. It has some tiny pinhole rust leaks which I wanted to remedy from the bottom side, because traditional coatings on the top side would ruin the old-roof patina and look. Got this idea when an info-mercial came on about essentially the same product. The pitch man replaces the bottom of his boat with a screen door sprayed with the stuff and motors off on a lake. You know the pitch, buy this amazing product now and get two for only (unspecified) additional handling charges. So I googled the product for reviews and learned that it does work, but is the same thing that is available in stores from Rust-Oleum and others. Worked very well. Has low viscosity when first sprayed, so it will run and drip if you are not careful in applying it to an overhead surface. I've had one hard rain since using it and it did the job.
