It is lighter not too salty since it is mostly used for soup, and that is definitely the favorite part. I normally use it for soup. And on top of that, this soy sauce goes so great with sushi and Wasabi. This will be your best soy sauce if you are a sushi lover!! This is the only thing I'd have with when having sushi.

I'm in an area where there aren't any Asian markets or real Asian ingredients in grocery stores. I'd have to drive 3.5 hrs just to get what I need. I use this "soy sauce for soup" for Korean cooking. It's flavorful & perfect for certain dishes. (It's basically like concentrated soy sauce.) The item arrived fresh with a long enough shelf life. No damages to the bottle.
