I’m assuming this is what you mean rather than flavour. Flavour wise I love found these can be quite strong and almost overbearing flavour if you cook them in just the brine in the jar. You can vary the flavours strength by adding tap water to the brine in the pan and simmering. More water =less flavour to an extent **Q: Are these skinless** A: N O!
