I don't use work out supplements, I was looking for something to replace my energy drinks for cheaper. So far I have bought 2 jars and am happy with the results. The grape tasted good, like coolaid. The pineapple is 6/10. It gives me energy without jitters or a crash but I can feel the down shift. It does give you good clean energy and focus. I'm gana continue to but this for the price.
