Idk how other people’s dont have it. Ive had mine for about 4 years and still works like a charm. And ive dropped it a couple of times. Although I dont use it it as much as I used to 2 years ago. **Q: Will this be compatible in countries that have 220V?** A: Do not buy this my daughter has gone through 2 units in six months. After second warranty you can't turn it in again. The unit just stops heating out of blue. Check the Internet. It happens to everyone. Fhi will not back units bought from Amazon as well. Run **Q: Is there a warranty with this product?** A: Hi Tamika, when purchasing this product from this site "Amazon" that there is no warranty per an authorized FHI rep via phone 3/2013.. Please reach out to FHI directly to obtain there authorized dealers, Amazon isnt one of them.. Good luck! **Q: Is this better than the Babyliss? I have thin fine hair. However I use a CHI now & do NOT like it. I have heard good things about FHI. Advice anyone?** A: I have really curly, thick hair and I love it. I would say for thin fine hair it may be too effective. It takes out volume. ## Frequently Bought Together - FHI Heat Platform Pro Styling Tourmaline Hair Straightener for All Hair Types - FHI HEAT Platform Nano Power Salon Pro 2000 Tourmaline Ceramic Quick Dry Hair Dryer with 3 Piece Attachment Set (Comb, Concentrator, and Diffuser), Black - ConairPRO Silverbird Dryer --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/3296437-fhi-heat-platform-pro-styling-tourmaline-hair-straightener-1-3](https://www.desertcart.us/products/3296437-fhi-heat-platform-pro-styling-tourmaline-hair-straightener-1-3) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
