However, mine came in perfect condition as shown in the listing. This case has a great feel with a greatly enhanced writing experience. The many pictures of people with their broken products are probably due to their own idiocracy (unless it was shipped that way, which I doubt) this is thin silicone as listed which means it will break if you pull too hard putting it on... HOWEVER, instead of pulling it on, I simply PUSHED it onto the pencil and it went on absolutely perfectly with no problems which lead me to believe this was their user error. Also saw that this wouldn't fit in many iPad cases, however, it did just barely fit in mine pretty tight but still useable.
