It washed well and color stayed true. The zipper feels sturdy, and I was very happy to have 8 ties on the inside to keep the duvet in place. My last only had 4 and the insert always shifted. The picture is deceiving it lays flat when you shake it out. Im very satisfied and now my daughter is begging for one too.
