Thankfully I am meticulous regarding instructions and noted that it takes 48-72 hours rest before using for the first time. I gave it the full 72 hours. I love the way I can curl it around me, keeping my back and neck warm and supported. There are so many options to keep myself comfortable, settling limbs over and/or under it at will. I might use it between my knees when sleeping on my side or support my neck when sleeping on my back.
