A: Thank you for the inquiry. It contains red beans from Hokkaido, Beet Granulated Sugar and Salt only so it is peanut, tree nut and gluten free.

**Q: Does have to be kept cool in the fridge?**
A: I usually store it in the fridge.

**Q: Can I store unused portions in a leakproof glass jar in the refrigerator? How long will it keep?**
A: I used the whole portion in vanilla ice cream so I'm not sure how long it will keep in refrigerator.

**Q: is this ok to put in my luggage on the plane?**
A: Yes you can.  But I will put it in ziplock just in case.
