It fits me well and blocks out 99% of the light to my eyes. This is better than I had expected for a one-size product that needs to adapt to all face types. I only use it if am having a nap and need to block the light coming through my windows so I cannot really comment on using it for several hours. However, it did not slip much (I could have made it tighter) and I am very pleased with this purchase. It was much cheaper than the leading brand, of which I have no experience.
