I’ve been very very healthy up until the past five years I’ve had some major challenges and traditional medicine has not helped me whatsoever. So I have sought out alternative methods to learn how to cope with the amount of pain And the change in my lifestyle due to my condition, I’m not saying that a smudging spray can cure all my anxiety around what’s happening in my life but the moment I shut the bottle up before I even watch the video on who makes it and how to use it I am mediately said a small prayer, and then sprayed just a few prompts around me and close my eyes and just breathe the scent in which was very relaxing and I was actually extremely agitated before this happened because of something else that I had just received in the mail was broken and I was in a highly negative state, and I truly felt something about the scent put me at ease and relax, my body and my mind, which is exactly what I need in my life.
