It does its job. It fits. The material is high quality it's a mixture of a couple. It's expensive but it's a post surgical garment. It's soft. It looks good, it's under clothes. I have a medium in this and it was fine, I got this one in a small and it was tight like they should be. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One thing keeping it from getting 5 stars *by on Reviewed in the United States 4 January 2020* I used this garment for post liposuction on my waist. I love the ability to adjust the tightness by three rows of eyes for the hooks. The adjustment was diagonal and it didn't cut into my waist like the other one that had a zipper on the side. The hook/eye closure in the crotch region was handy but hard to open/close, so I only fastened the two that were on the outside edges and it made a huge difference. The one thing I disliked a lot was the strap adjustment hardware. It was right in my underarm area and very uncomfortable.
