I would go for a cork or hard wedge for weighted squats. **Q: I need to use this for supporting my wrists in yoga. Im concerned about slipping as hands warm up.** A: Thank you for your question and interest in our product. As these are made from EVA foam this creates a non slip surface when hands, feet, etc. are sweating and/or warm. **Q: Can this be used for sitting on a chair?** A: If you mean as a lumbar support, no. And if you mean to raise you up, again no, not deep enough. I got one of those bean bag things for bad backs that you put in microwave, measures about 18 inches x 4 inches for lumbar support on a chair, very flexible. Hope this helps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Yoga block *by A***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 September 2023* I bought this to help me work on my squat. It's sturdy and a good size. Does the job. Why pay more? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Quality product *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 October 2023* Very good product and well constructed ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars It’s definitely lightweight! *by S***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 March 2022* The wedge is super lightweight but dense enough to support your weight without compressing. That is aside from the leading edge which easily rolls/folds slightly. I also found it wasn’t quite enough of a slant for me, but that doesn’t reflect on the product. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/326272771-yoga-mad-eva-yoga-wedge-lightweight-eva-foam-non-slip](https://www.desertcart.us/products/326272771-yoga-mad-eva-yoga-wedge-lightweight-eva-foam-non-slip) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
