It is a little tangy because they use lemon juice as a preservative instead of artificial ones, but is very drinkable. I received mine in perfect condition. It looks, smells, and tastes great. It helps to sooth and heal the digestive tract and works well for this. It's a great product and well worth the price. As with any food or drink, you should keep it in the fridge. If you're not going to drink it within a month to a month and a half, then freeze it in ice cube trays and put the cubes in a zip-lock freezer bag.
