The wrap around the wrist is nice and strong for planking but it’s not too tight where it would be uncomfortable. Since I have arthritis in my things these gloves feel secure and snug and will help me keep my wrists strong. The color is great, I love pink, and the price was great. The Velcro is also nice and strong and stitched tightly. A great purchase for Pilates and weightlifting or whatever you might need these for!
