Unfortunately on my first use removing them the snap lock grommet pulled through the fabric when trying to undo the snap. I would have been an issue of it happened while out on the water given its meant to be quality well made gear. I have just contacted customer support via their website form. Let's see what happens with their follow up and I'll update the review. FOLLOW UP: In about a day or so Helly-Hansen's customer support verified the warranty and offered to make good on the it by ither sending a new pair to me or adding a credit to my Helly-Hansen account for a future purchase. Overall satisfied with the response and just wish the gear was strong enough on first use. Might have been an outlier of an issue.
