You'd better use it with a universal PD charger. **Q: Does it work with Legion Y740, which needs a 230w adapter?** A: I have a Legion 7i with the same 230W requirements but this only worked when the device was asleep or turned off. This was with a 100 W brick as well which is the max you can get right now. Paired with a PD port compatible charging brick, I was running my laptop as if I had it plugged in at home. For the money, it is great in a pinch. One caveat though - as charger has multiple ports, it would not provide 65W if more than one device is connected, and at first my laptop wasn’t charging until I disconnected the watch charging stand.
