What size is best?** A: Hi - I am sorry but the measurements don't mean a lot to me. We have a Newfoundland but I wasn't sure where on the neck to measure him from as the difference could be quite substantial so I just got him an XXL . This fits and is the largest size and it is adjustable as the velcro strips are at intervals around the collar but he is so long in the body that he can still manage to bend to lick his injury on his side. So we use an inflatable collar as well when he is not being supervised. The comfy cone is really good as he can eat and drink, he doesn't damage furniture or your legs!! What breed of dog do you have? **Q: What size is suitable for a border terrier** A: It’s best to measure your dog’s neck and collar-to-nose distance and then use the chart to get the right size. Our schnauzer needed a small long one. I would also recommend getting a cheap collar (or use an old one) to keep fixed to the comfy cone, which makes putting it on a matter of seconds.
