It comes with the aerial silk and to carabiner’s it also comes with two Daisy chains, which it’s not high enough for me to use the daisychain which you could secure that over a beam such as a 4 x 4 or if you’re at a park you could secure it over a tree branch. This is an excellent addition to anybody’s yoga routine and by far my favorite I love doing yoga this way. It also comes with a carry bag with a tag on it for you to add your name and phone number or address in case it gets mixed up with somebody’s at a class or some thing.
