## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are you able to hear the videos at all? Also, when I uploaded the videos they are in fast play, even on regular capture of videos. Is this normal?**
A: Dear Customer,
Thank you for your choice and trust!
Yes, video playback is normal. Time-lapse shooting mode is limited to taking pictures.
If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us at.
Best regards!
Agoigo Direct Customer Service Team

**Q: Do i need to buy a tf card separately? is the 32g memory card included?**
A: Dear Customer,
You don't need to buy TF card, which includes 32G memory card. 32GB memory card has been inserted into the card slot on the side of the camera.
Best regards,
Agoigo Direct Customer Service Team

**Q: After you take the picture, can you see it?**
A: Press the power button once. It’ll take you to the menu. Use the button below to act as “left, right, up, down”. Go to gallery (pink icon I believe). It’s weird that it will delete all pictures at once. So be careful to read the prompts properly before clicking “okay”! We had a mishap when we first accidentally deleted everything.

**Q: Why do the pictures keep getting erased? Twice it has cleared the formatted card. Why?**
A: Dear Customer,
We are so sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Delete the Photo/Video:
Step1:Press the "Power/Menu/Return button"to call up menu.
Step2: Press the "Left/Right button"to select the third icon
Step3: Press the "Video/camera/Confirm button"to Confirm.
Step4: Press the "Left/Right button"to view photos and videos.
Step5: Press the "Up button" to Deleting a single picture. Press the "Down button" to Delete all photos. Press "Video/Photo/Confirm button" to confirm after select"Execute"or"Cancel".
Apologize again for the trouble.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Kids Camera

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect! Only one con.
*by P***T on August 15, 2020*

First thing’s first; this is an excellent product for kids! Heck, even the adults had a ball using it. My absolute favorite part is that we could use it right out of the box. It came charged! The SD card was already inside. We literally took it out, turned it on, and jumped into the pool. The kids had SO much fun taking pictures and videos. The video automatically captured audio. When we played it back on the computer, the audio was there - not sure if you’ll hear it playing it back on the camera itself. My kids are 4 and 7, and they both had NO problems using this. It’s super lightweight, and meant for small hands. Also, even though the SD card is 32GB of memory, it still takes plentyyyyyyyy of pictures! I didn’t have to get a bigger memory card - the one that came with it worked perfectly! Now, con: (just one) We have both a MAC, and a PC. Neither of our latest devices picked up the micro SD card via the USB cable provided. So I had to order a micro SD card reader that I then put the SD card in, and plugged it in my desktop and was able to extract the photos and videos. Not a huge deal - but a little disappointing that I had to wait, plus make an additional purchase for something that should’ve worked with the cable provided. Other than that, I 100% recommend it! Kids will use it right out of the box, and the parents won’t have to tinker with it! It’s also an amazing gift to give! I’ve already given one as a gift, and planning of gifting more of these in the future!
