**Q: Will the abrasive side scratch shiny surfaces and paint?**
A: I have used them to clean paint off a polished chrome radiator. The paint had been on for at least 2 years. The radiator was unmarked.

**Q: Will these wipes work on dried paint splashes / flecks on engineered wooden flooring without damaging new flooring?**
A: I would be careful about using them on a solid wood floor. laminate would be fine. As to your question about dried on paint, not sure?
