**Q: Hello I received this product and the thermometer and its screen came completely disassembled. There is no instructions to follow. How can we fix it!?**
A: Hello, so sorry for that! Usually they come assembled and it’s the first time we get similar complaint.

The screen should be easily pushed in to the assigned space, while the thermometer will be down plugged to the screen and down to the water.

If that didn’t work easily as I explained, then please let us know and share your address. We will be glad to replace it for you.
