**Q: Is this produced in Spain? Or elsewhere?**
A: Made in Spain.  Be cautious about shipping in hot weather.  I only purchase after summer is over.

**Q: For newcommers, say a bit more describing the product.  F.i.  Is it similar to proscuitto, and how not?  cutting, dryness/tenderness?  bone in?**
A: bone in shoulder. very flavorful. similar to proscuitto. I like better. I gave one to my brother at xmas. he is till eating it.
