Monoprice had them briefly and then dropped them with no support what-so-ever! They have not answered any of my multiple requests for help in seeking replacement pens or updated drivers yet support at Parblo did respond and suggested this pen! They knew I was inquiring about a Monoprice branded product yet still helped! Kudos to Parblo!!!!! I am Also impressed with this pen as it can create a more delicate line than the original pen that came with the display that you can see on the table in my photo of the front view of the monitor! I was also able to use the Parblo Coast 10 driver for my Monoprice Tablet as it installs the same HWTablet.exe driver in Windows/Syswow64. The most recent Monoprice I had was dated 2016 but the Parblo is dated January 2018. You must uninstall any tablet drivers first and then reboot. Then install the Parblo Coast 10 drivers WITH the USB cable unplugged from the tablet. Reboot and then after logging back in again, connect the usb cable to the Tablet monitor and start the tablet software found under programs. Move the application with your mouse to the tablet monitor, calibrate it and then set nib sensitivity to the max which is 220 on the new driver and 200 on the original Monoprice driver. The 2016 Monoprice driver worked fine with Sketchbook Pro and Art Rage 6 but I cannot get the Monoprice 14481 to work with Corel Painter 2019. Painter keeps freezing and sometimes unplugging and reconnecting the SB cable helps but other times, you have to end Painter using task manager. It never works long enough to get anything done! Just trying to provide some help for other Monoprice 14481 users. Parblo drivers and this Coast 10 pen work with the 14481. This pen works better than the original with finer detail but it only has a single button instead of the dual button the original pen has. Hope this helps.
