Both are similar, but there are some flaws in this product that make it seem cheap. I'll explain below.The packaging for this product was pretty sub-par; just a generic white paper box with the cube inside. It wasn't even a nice matte color or anything, just cheap white card. It was also very dirty. The NetDot came in much larger and sturdier cardboard box, and it had a grey dot on the side to indicate color. Already, I was liking the cardboard one better.Upon unboxing, I noticed that this product is slightly heavier than the NetDot holder, but it has several finish flaws and a couple of marks in it where it might have been dropped. I also noticed some marks from the machining on the edges, where the NetDot was smooth all the way around. The NetDot holder looked very nice with no surface or finish flaws. Overall, the 6amLifestyle holder really lost points with fit and finish. I had several people hold it, and they immediately preferred the NetDot holder.I would say that the space grey NetDot holder is much nicer and looks more expensive. It fits both my Lamy Safari and Lamy 2000 fountain pens, and holds them without an issue. Even though the NetDot holder is slightly lighter, it's definitely heavy enough to accommodate pretty much any fountain pen you throw at it.I will be returning this stand and keeping the other. Due to how cheap these things are, it's not going to ruin your life if you buy one or anything. I would just suggest looking at other options, as I wasn't really happy with this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great toothbrush holder *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2018* I use this for my toothbrush. I've got a heavy steel pen that I like to use on a regular basis and normally I would expect a stand like this to slide when dropping something that heavy into it, however this little holder stays in place like a champ.
