We have tried draino and other chemicals to fix the problem, but this is the only one that has helped. Seller has even offered to help for the leaking package, but we’re happy that it resolved our issue. I 100% recommend this product and seller.
Review: This stuff really works! My neighbor told me about this product. So after he suggested I buy it, I did. I used half (as instructed) and rinsed it down the tub. It wasn't really all that much better. So I used the rest of the Gel and waited 10 additional minutes than suggested. I rinsed out the drain and it was completely cleaned out. It's finally great to have a product that actually does what you purchased it to do.

**Q: Bottle label says after use rinse drain with hot water. For how long?**
A: I don't know if there is a specified length of time, but I ran the hot water only briefly, somewhat less than the time it takes to fill a toilet tank, and everything was fine.

**Q: Is it for both clogged (not draining) and partially draining (slow draining) pipes?**
A: Yes, I use it monthly to prevent sluggish drains. With all of the creams, bath oils, shaving cream, face wash, and hair conditioners the drains get coated on the side of the pipes. I use as a precautionary measure . it works GREAT!

**Q: Does user wait 7 minutes for clog to clear? Is that what the clock pictograph means?**
A: That is probably the minimum time to wait, I usually leave it for 30-60 minutes.

**Q: does it smell bad?**
A: I have a nose that can smell someone smoking a cigarette in a car in front of me while i'm driving.  I did not smell anything when using this product.

I have had the absolute worst time with my shower drain in my apartment and I have tried EVERYTHING including drain snakes and drain o and liquid plumber and NOTHING worked but THIS! It works like a dream! %100000 recommend!
