It then went to the Amazon hub an hour south of me as most of my packages do. It then said it was out for delivery but not in a location close to me. In talks with Amazon customer support and the first person just told me they'd give me a refund. I then told them that it was not available to purchase. That I pre-ordered this in June. That customer service rep told me to wait 72 hours and I would have it. When I asked if there was proof of this or a ticket for this complaint they disconnected with me. Contacted support again and I'm getting the run around. Very disappointed with Amazon customer service.
