A: Yes they do. I did turn the top down for comfort.  Also, be sure not to let the stocking bunch behind the knee.  It will cause discomfort.

Worth the cost! I have worn compression stockings for multiple pregnancies. These by far are the best I have purchased. Not super had to get on. Thick material so less likely to snag or tear. Good compression but not too much. LOVE the open toes! And the go all the way to the top of my thigh not half way. And I love the comfort of the band at the tip. I don’t feel like they are going to roll down my legs like others o have used. I am extremely happy with these and I will be purchasing more. I am 5’4” 145lbs and purchased a medium
