Good first impression *by M***N on July 23, 2023* I believe the overall 4.5 stars is an accurate rating. Simple install. About 1hr 15min and only because I ran the battery cables 3x because of OCD and wanting them ran perfectly lol. Worked first time once hooked up. Spools nicely. Haven't stretched it yet though. A few notes: 1) attach power box to winch before putting on the vehicle or you won't be able to tighten it down. 2) attach the ground cable from battery along with the remote ground from the power box to the underside of the winch motor before setting on the vehicle as well or you will be fighting to get that nut on to tighten it. 3) the plug that covers the wired remote connector is very loose so may want to wrap some electrical tape around the rubber plug to give it more girth so it wont flop open if someone breathes on it. 4) the fairlead bolts are allen heads. Big ones. Luckily it was the biggest one I had on hand.
