They've been rock solid all over the world through my time in the service. I recently had the one I carried for 20+ years stolen. I bought another, newer, better version of my old favorite Delica without hesitation. Then I started looking for a more moderately priced competitor. I VERY much doubted I would find anything close. I fully admit I was very skeptical, but this knife! WOW! I don't know where to start. The Damascus is beautiful and holds an razors edge no problem. The lock, flipper and eyelet are perfect. Weight, balance, cutouts for thumb and fingers and a better grip. Ya for the $$$ good luck finding anything this good.

I've carried and needed a Spyderco knife daily for over 30 years. They've been rock solid all over the world through my time in the service. I recently had the one I carried for 20+ years stolen.
