The locs are shiny and soft. I wear the hair I buy for a month and use dry shampoo to keep it fresh and smelling nice. The locs did not tangle or frizz. I was getting compliments in the 4th. week of wear, lol. The amount of bundles you receive is more than enough to complete a full head of hair. All of my hair except the top is shaved off, so I get hair for two styles at different times! I wear a silk bonnet to bed, get up, and go. I use mousse once a week and sometimes a spray fragrance it does not change the texture of the hair, ( I recommend using both sparingly). I recently purchased from another seller by mistake recently. I could see thru the package that it wasn't the same seller. The color was off, and you could see the frizz without removing the product. I immediately returned the hair.
