As best practice, please use a card sleeve as a barrier between the loaders and card. You really have to push the card into the sleeve and its like they are defective or sat in a warehouse for a very long time because the sides stick together. The penny sleeves that come with the hard sleeves aren't good either. I recommend just from my experience don't buy these. Ultra Pro penny sleeves and hard sleeves are the only brand I buy. **Q: Is it common for these to come with debris and scrapes in them or mis-cut?** A: Hi there, no they should not.
