A: The label on Organic India's bottle shows a California Proposition 65 warning showing this product contains chemicals known to cause birth defects and other reproductive harms.  Visiting their website at us.organicindia/proposition-65 shows that this product contains amounts of lead that exceed safety standards in California.  Please do your research before you consume this product.  This should be listed by Organic India right here on Amazon's website before people purchase this product.

**Q: What is the suggested dosage? One per day, one-two when not feeling like things are 'moving'?**
A: The suggestion by the Organic India site is 2 before bed with luke-warm water for Digestive issues. If you want to use this as an energy boost in the morning take one with breakfast.

**Q: What is the Fiber content (and why is there no label pictures on this product page)?**
A: Thanks for your question.  We will work to get the page updated to include the supplement facts label.  In the interim, to answer your question, this is an herbal blend containing 320mg of organic amalaki fruit, 320mg of organic bibhitaki fruit, and 320mg of organic haritaki fruit.  This product is not designed as a fiber supplement. **Q: How many mg is each tablet?**
A: It is sort of hard to read the ingrdients from the picture so I will list it here. There is 160 mg  of each of the fruits Amalaki, Hiritaki and Vibhitaki which is 480 mg total per capsule.
