**Q: I know it's been asked before, but does this work with the cricut maker? The supposed thickness for the maker should be 1.6 mm**
A: I don’t know if these would work with Cricut but they are quite thin so if you have a deep cutting blade it may work. I have cut the wood with a craft knife and it cuts quite well.

**Q: What do I use to cut it?**
A: Any decent wood saw, coping saw etc will be fine. You could even use a sharp knife with a couple of cuts if using a ruler as its only 2mm soft wood.

**Q: The product title says Basswood but the model number says its Balsa wood. Which one is it?**
A: Its a bit too firm to be Balsa wood. Its good quality,

**Q: Has anyone used these wood boards for painting?**
A: Yes, I painted on them, you can also try it.

I like the way this wood cuts with my laser cutter. The only downside to this wood is some pieces are warped, but if secured to the surface properly they should be fine. I cut out from the wood and my stamps have been amazing.
