Normally I would not buy a set due to the fact that I may not use all of them. In this case I researched this set before my purchase and decided to buy them all. I am not disappointed. I have used all of them. They came sharp and ready to use. Ramelson makes a fine set of carving tools at a reasonable price. A few minutes of touch up on every so often and back to carving with a sharp edge. I am not disappointed.
