Review: For that price doesn't meet expectations - Handle is loose ,you can't rely on this ,so i returned it back as it wouldn't last for long ,design of the handle it's not good, not steady and it creates space where all the food debris will accumulated. Breakage etc. Not the product you expect for that price...

**Q: I am thinking of buying this saw for cutting up turkey wings. Does it cut cleanly through bones without splintering the bones?  Thanks**
A: This was a gift for my son as he had hogs he raised and butchered, did great for that. Unsure about turkey wings. Sorry

A: If used lightly, the blades on this thing will last a long time.  Be careful not to hit metal or other hard surfaces with the blade.  Cutting bone and gristle on an occasional basis will be possible for several years or longer dependent on use.

**Q: Which butcher saw works best for Beef tails? Like Ox tails?**
A: I have been using mine just for frozen fish. No experience with beef tails. Seems to me the main things are stainless steel and the length of the blade. For sawing something really big might eant whatever saw has the longest blade.

**Q: how would this work on dense cured meat? capecollo, specifically**
A: From my experience, it would work very well--particularly on frozen and dense product.

Handle is loose ,you can't rely on this ,so i returned it back as it wouldn't last for long ,design of the handle it's not good, not steady and it creates space where all the food debris will accumulated. Breakage etc. Not the product you expect for that price...
