We love the fact that they're a metal base and the seat has just enough cushion to soften it while you eat. They're very sturdy as well! We only had one issue with one of the chairs (there was a bit of rust on a small spot of it and the paint was chipped there), but nothing worth whining over, in my honest opinion. Still would purchase again if I ever needed to, but 4 chairs are more than enough for my family!

These chairs are better than I expected. They arrived packed very well. The seats were easy to attach. They are very sturdy. No more worries about a wooden chair breaking - it has happened twice! These chairs are a great buy for the price. I added extra chair pads but the seats were nicely padded without any extras.

We inherited a small glass table from my sister in law. It has black metal legs on it. Plus, we have black metal and black padded bar stools at our breakfast nook. So these chairs were perfect for our new glass dining table! And with Prime, they were delivered on time. I didn't have to wait! They came with just the seat detached, so assembly was easy!! No problems!! I would recommend the to anyone. Very sturdy. My hubby is about 250. Looks very nice!!!
