Review: Amazingly compact incredible sturdy, this is the BEST helmet for my daily NYC commute!! - I bought this helmet specifically for the folding feature and its safety certification and it is amazing! The attention to detail is great it came in beautiful packaging and the design is well thought out. I commute in NYC every day and the helmet effortlessly folds and fits into my bag. It is compact while also being very comfortable. It feels more durable than then other folding helmet I have tried it locks into place when I unfold it and stays in place. Most importantly it is CPSC & CE Certified so I know it will keep me safe. The additional thick pads, canvas carrying bag, and rotating adjuster in the back are great touches. I couldn't be happier! Review: Love the design! I just wish they made a larger size... - I love the build quality and the design, and how it folds to fit in my rear-mounted bike bag when I'm not wearing it. Only two issues you should be aware of. 1. You can't fold both sides in simultaneously; they catch on each other, so you have to do one side at a time -- there's not enough tolerance between them. At first I thought it was a defect, but I'm pretty sure that's how they designed it. 2. Their larger size helmet still isn't that large -- if you have a larger head (I do), it may not fit comfortably. ## Features - Folds by 50% for Easy Storage: Patented Smart-Fold Technology allows the helmet to fold by 50%, fitting easily in any bag or backpack. Always with you, never in the way. - Award-Winning Design: Red Dot and Edison Award winner. Engineered in NYC with durable ABS, ultralight PC, and a high-impact EPS core. Sleek matte finish. - Safety Certified: Exceeds US CPSC and EU EN1078 standards. Perfect for bicycles, scooters, and skateboards. - Sizing & Fit Dial System: The FEND Fit Dial System lets you dial in a precise, personalized fit. Available in two sizes: Small (21½–22 in / 54–56 cm), Medium/Large (22–24 in / 56–61 cm). - Warranty: Backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee plus our FEND Accident Replacement Program. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right. And if you’re ever in an accident and your helmet is damaged, we’ll replace it for FREE. Ride with total confidence. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B081ZFLCVZ | | Additional Features | Foldable | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Age range (description) | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #186,509 in Sporting Goods ( See Top 100 in Sporting Goods ) #1,077 in All-Purpose Bike Helmets | | Brand | Fend | | Brand Name | Fend | | Color | Matte White | | Colour | Matte White | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 300 Reviews | | Included Components | FEND One Helmet | | Inner Material | Expanded Polystyrene | | Item Dimensions | 29 x 10.9 x 14 centimeters | | Item Weight | 14 Ounces | | Manufacturer | FEND Helmet | | Manufacturer Part Number | Fend Helmet | | Model Name | FEND One | | Model Number | FEND One | | Model name | FEND One | | Outer Material | Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) | | Recommended Uses For Product | Cycling | | Size | S | | Special features | Foldable | | UPC | 691024293587 | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Adult - **Brand:** Fend - **Colour:** Matte Black - **Size:** M-L - **Special features:** Lightweight ## Images ![FEND One Foldable Bike Helmet - Adult Mens and Womens Bike Helmet - Collapsible by 50% of Original Size - Safety Certified for Bicycle Road Bike Scooter Cycling Commuter Helmet - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71x61lBnGrL.jpg) ![FEND One Foldable Bike Helmet - Adult Mens and Womens Bike Helmet - Collapsible by 50% of Original Size - Safety Certified for Bicycle Road Bike Scooter Cycling Commuter Helmet - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81w1UKuJqYL.jpg) ![FEND One Foldable Bike Helmet - Adult Mens and Womens Bike Helmet - Collapsible by 50% of Original Size - Safety Certified for Bicycle Road Bike Scooter Cycling Commuter Helmet - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71CWjzCAWML.jpg) ![FEND One Foldable Bike Helmet - Adult Mens and Womens Bike Helmet - Collapsible by 50% of Original Size - Safety Certified for Bicycle Road Bike Scooter Cycling Commuter Helmet - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Ty6kyU9AL.jpg) ![FEND One Foldable Bike Helmet - Adult Mens and Womens Bike Helmet - Collapsible by 50% of Original Size - Safety Certified for Bicycle Road Bike Scooter Cycling Commuter Helmet - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61CXg+4YuVL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is the FEND Helmet Safe?** A: Yes!
