I DO NOT WEAR BATHING SUITS! I’m 69, 5’6, weigh approx 148 and have a long torso. I ordered an XL. Figured I would be returning it as it probably would not be long enough in the torso. BUT, pulled it up and wah-la , it FIT ME. It could have come up another 1/4 β€œ higher in the bust but it fit fine. I am small chested so perhaps that helped the fit. My 2 daughters exclaimed that they thought it looked wonderful and one of them even said she would wear it ( and she is a bikini person). It made me feel like the very top of my legs were basically covered somewhat which I liked. The underneath black shorts did tend to move inward toward the middle of by behind somewhat but due to the beautiful outer hanging part no one could see it. I don’t remember if it came in different colors and I’m not getting out of this to look but, I have the black and white. I read the reviews of others who were about my same height and weight, so I could get an idea of what size to get. I am 5'4" and between 180-185. I am a "B" cup. I always struggle with a one piece because it never seems to fit properly at the bust because I am smaller. And, I wasn't in love with the boy shorts. All that considered, there were more pros than cons, so I decided to purchase my size, which was a Large.Let me tell you ... It fit like a dream! Perfectly! The bust area - perfect! The tummy control - perfect! The boy shorts - perfect! I mean it. I am buying another just to have on hand.The material is thick and very good quality. It is well made. The boy shorts are not thin. In fact, they wrap around your legs much like a regular panty-style bathing suit. The edges around the boy shorts have a very nice seam which gives them structure around your bottom, so the fit around your bottom is very nice. They do not ride up into your lady parts either. The bust area is great, especially if you are smaller chested. It seems like it fits all cup sizes very well. I attribute that to the quality of the material. It is not loose in the bust at all, and the see-through part at the top is very flattering without being too revealing. It comes with cup inserts but you could take them out if you want. The tummy control is fantastic. It really sucks in your tummy and makes it look flatter. The mesh is high quality and would be hard to tear, too.I believe this bathing suit makes me look thinner because of the way it is made and the style of the suit. Flat stomach. Fit well. Bottom pants cover most of my butt (I have a fat butt and bottom due to sitting all day). Skirt is about 10" long so it cover the top portion of my thigh and 100% of my butt (if I don't bend down). As you can see the only issue is the back is slightly different then the product image, but it looks good on me, so I'll be happy. Did a water test, stay on well, no sliding, didn't notice any coloring coming off when hand-washed. . Be ware that the bottom is pants and it's full coverage, so it might feel different then you having triangle underwear, and wet.
