Other reviewers have noted that it does have a large cut out for the rear camera lens, intended for later models. Not a worry for me though. The case looks smart which is good for the price. The cut outs are in the right places and you can magnetically attach a pencil. One thing to be aware of, when you fold the cover flat against the back it does not magnetically attach as the original apple folio case does. I guess those rare earth magnets would bump up the price.
