Review: Not impressed update - I read the reviews before purchasing and the most concerning ones I read were about the unit cutting off and on for no reason but I shrugged it off as just a random manufacturing defect as these are mass produced. However, upon receiving my unit and after inserting the battery it did not turn on and then magically did. Soo okaay, whatever that was about. Next day wearing the unit it turned off then on then off then on. I am not happy but willing to give the supplier another chance by sending me a new unit UPDATE** Company replaced my defective unit free of charge and shipped it expeditiously. I now leave a 5 star review. Thank you guys for responding so quickly.

It was wonderful, until the battery door broke just under 6 months. I will probably buy again (not available from this seller). I can't afford $$$ for something as fragile as a hearing aid. I will get the 2 year warranty the next time from Amazon.
