So before using this product, I took the lower washer arm out and took the parts out of the bottom of the dishwasher. They were pretty gunky. Then I just took the paper off the top of the cover, turned it upside down and ran the dishwasher. Unlike other reports, I had no problems with the wax not melting. The instructions on the bottles I got were definitely not in a foreign language, and it left my dishwasher spotless. I suspect that people who had issues with the wax not melting may not have their water set to a very high temperature. We tend to keep our water temperature a little on the high side because we have one of those instant hot water heaters.
