For an average size person, it would reach all your parts. I have used it twice, and for now it's making bathing much easier. I was using regular bath brushes before and the scrubbing motion would activate the pain in my bones and joints for days after bathing. I have used the item on low speed for about an hour off of one full charge. It doesn't seem to be running low on power yet. I would recommend to anyone who has trouble bathing.
