Review: Relax...and Sleep! - I am a fan of Bach products and have used them since the 90s. Once a vet even recommended giving Bach flower to my dog for her separation anxiety (it was a product formulated for pets). A few months ago, I was in a local organic store and saw Bach's "Rescue Energy" and the one for sleep (the spray) and tried both of them. They both are fantastic products. I didn't have anything for stress or anxiety, but I found this one here and thought, cool, these "pastilles" will be great when I am out and about and get stressed or something. I don't know - it could happen! Last week, I went for a tan in the medical-grade tanning bed and while applying the lotion, I popped one in my mouth for relaxation, not thinking they were very potent. Tasty, I thought! When I went to lie down, I grabbed another one, thinking it was so tasty, that it would be delightful to taste it as I am lying there. Plus, the cranberry ones are kind of like gummy bears, but a little harder. These orange ones are still tasty, but less like gummy bears and closer to a hard candy. Man. I fell asleep in the tanning bed, which never happens! Everyone always talks about how they take a quick 20-minute nap in the bed, and I always thought it might be nice. However, I meditate while tanning - I don't sleep because I can't! Two of those pastilles and I was out like a light and had no idea until the bed turned off!! I was sleepy the rest of the afternoon, although NO ONE said I should take two! These are MUCH more potent than I thought! It's not like a knock-you-out-cold thing, but in a very relaxed, I-can-still-move-my-muscles sort of thing. I have reserved these for right when I climb into bed - and I only take ONE pastille! haha I grab one as I am getting settled in, while looking at the news or searching for an audiobook to listen to. Within about 10 minutes, I am out and I stay asleep the entire night. The only thing FOR ME is that it seems to take me a while to wake up when I take this pastille. Who knew this would be that potent?! I am guessing this happens because I take 2 cinnamon capsules + 1 glucose support, and these two things combined with the pastille apparently make me very, very sleepy. Different things work for different folks, but I think these are great. **Q: Anyone know how many are in this package?**
A: never cared to count.  plenty enough.  these are nice for a slow entry for the nervous system and not too sweet at all - great for kids or someone not open to subtle vibrational remedies, i use also the spray.  enjoy.  flower remedies are amazing!  they love you up good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I LOVE this natural remedy!!

Okay, I randomly bought these pastilles first at a local drugstore. When I found they have more flavors online, I ordered these lemon ones. These are SO GOOD and are made with real lemon, not a fake flavoring. I was incredibly doubtful they would *actually* help with my anxiety levels, but I was wrong and am now recommending them to anyone and everyone I know! I was seriously about to get a prescription for an anti-anxiety medication, but was hesitant since my body is highly reactive to drugs. I didn't want to be a zombie, but I also didn't want to feel so much general anxiety every day (stomach aches, headaches, biting my lips, picking at my face, etc.). THESE. WORK!! As soon as I popped the first one in my mouth and it started dissolving, I could feel a (new to me) sense of calm. You cannot take a lot of them, or they WILL make you have the runs, as warned on the packaging, but I have found only once or twice a day on high stress days is fine for me. I now keep a tin in my purse, in my desk at work, AND at home. If you are looking for an all-natural remedy for high tension/anxiety- GET THESE!!! The tin is also super cool, and I have never had any medicine or supplement in the unique soft lozenge "pastille" form before. I love everything about them.
