Their communication and customer service is faultless. A complete replacement was sent for which I am really grateful.I have attached photos of the pen and drill tips. This pen is not at all heavy, but feels substantial in your hand and the tips are all screw fittings, which are easy to change and don’t wobble or move whilst you are placing your diamonds. Both ends of the pen are slightly different sizes, so depending on your preference, this makes the pen suitable for most people.
