Great customer service! I asked to exchange since I got the small size and it feels a little too small and uncomfortable for my tongue. The customer service manager, John, is instead sending the larger size to me, free of charge! The current mouthpiece seems to help reduce snoring but hoping the larger one will be more comfortable to keep in my mouth all night.
