Should I wipe it off in the morning?** A: Initially applying to the site will cause it to look purple but as you rub it in it should clear. If it is still purple after rubbing then that means you have added too much. The mederma goes on purple but dries clear. That’s fun for the kids but helps the parent know they applied the gel properly. It’s a small tube of gel but it lasts.
