**Q: how much of the active ingredient (allicin) is present?**
A: Allylcysteine 0.25 mg. is present in the Black Garlic, hope this has helped.

Big tick organic and fermented two things i like for benefits but in general hard to know what suppliments do for you.just have faith i suppose ie blood circulation helps with colesterol..when jar opened quite strong odour but no issues when swallowed no lasting taste so no problem at all.
