The bottom piece that bolts onto the existing studs is only 1.5", so if you're studs are longer than 1.5" this will not work. There is no room for the top piece to bolt onto to the bottom piece if your studs are longer than 1.5". The quality does seem good and if this was truly a 2" spacer then it would have worked well.
